Here is another mix created for family and friends who wanted something to help them sleep. This mix has helped not only clients to sleep, but it
is favorite of Cory's wife. Cory's wife would have nightmares and wake up in the night screaming at the top of her lungs.
Now that she uses Cory's essential oil mix for sleep, she has not had a single nightmare and she gets
some of the best sleep she has had in years.
Another friend of Cory was having problems sleeping because there were too many thoughts in her head keeping her awake. She asked if Cory
had a special mix to help sleep. She got some of this mix and the first night she used it,
she had a peacful night sleep. The second night she got more hours of sleep in one night than she has had for years. If you have problems sleeping,
you really should give Cory's SEOM Relax/Calm/Sleep mix a try.
You should avoid using this mix during the day, if falling alseep would cause
injury to yourself or others. As with all of our oil mixes, we can not promise that you will have the same results as listed above.... however
it can't hurt to try, especially if it has been a while since you have had a good night sleep.
The best way to use this mix is to apply it to the back of your ears, on your chest and to the bottom of your feet just before going to bed.
Another thing you can do to help it absorb into the blood stream, is to wash your feet at night before applying the oil.
